Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries:

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. When will my order arrive? How do I track the orders?

The best way to track the delivery of your order is to click on the tracking link in your order dispatch confirmation email. Or you can log in to My Account and select the order you would like to track. Click on 'Track Shipment' in the lower right corner for an update on the delivery date. You may contact customer support via email (cs@beautinow.nl) or live chat if you require more assistance.

*Please note that due to the customs clearance process, the delivery time to the UK could differ from 5-45 days.

What can I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please check the estimated delivery date on the despatch confirmation email. Please note that the date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. Contact the respective delivery company first. The actual delivery date depends on the delivery company.

How do I get free delivery on BeautiNow?

Standard delivery is free for orders that meet a minimum order total of 80 euro for free standard delivery.

Can I place an order to a different address?

Yes, you can have more than one delivery address, you can find it at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can choose to add a different one by unclicking 'My billing and shipping address are the same and filling in the form in more detail.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Returns and Refund

Can I return or exchange an item?

Within 14 days of receipt, you may return or exchange your purchases as long as they are undamaged, unused, and still in their original packing with all tags and labels attached.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@beautinow.nl. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey. Please refer to the complete return and refund policy for further details.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via cs@beautinow.nl with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. 

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three working days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take up to 1 week for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Vouchers and Discounts

Is it possible to use multiple vouchers at the same time?

You may use up to one voucher and one gift card during the checkout process.

Does my total discount also apply to my shipping cost?

Unfortunately, your discount only applies to the subtotal (incl. Tax) of your purchase.

About Our Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Beautinow only sells 100% genuine and authentic products. We only deal with trusted vendors and suppliers who purchase from the direct manufacturer or distributor. We have very strict policies against counterfeit products.

Why are your prices lower compared to other retailers?

Beautinow’s mother company is a wholesaler which specializes in beauty products, with years of experience in the European market, we have developed an extensive beauty product network. Therefore, we are able to offer competitive prices on thousands of popular branded fragrances and beauty products. We negotiate for the best deals so that we can pass along the huge savings to our customers.

Why are you selling samples and some say "Not for Sale" in different packaging?

Beautinow sells a large selection of fragrance sample vials and miniature collectibles. Department stores may offer these samples as gifts with purchase. But Beautinow purchases these products in bulk from our suppliers due to high demands and we could offer a much lower cost to you. These samples, miniature sizes, and decants are 100% genuine, the packaging may differ from the original regular size perfumes. However, the quality of the perfume testers we are selling is 100% genuine. With its lower cost, it is a great way to test a fragrance before you invest. 

What is a tester? Who manufactures/produces testers?

Testers are all original perfumes that are offered in an outer carton without cellophane or label. The official perfume manufacturers produce these testers. Usually, these testers are manufactured in the same batch as the regular products. The only difference between the testers and regulars is the packaging. 

Most brands use these testers to present their scents and products before being purchased in large perfumeries and shopping centers. Department stores may offer these samples as gifts for customers who make bulk purchases. But BeautiNow purchases these testers in bulk from our extensive network of reliable suppliers due to high demands. As a result, we could offer a much lower cost to you.
